Tolles Haus mit wirklich super Lage. Von allen Zimmern ein grandioser Meerblick. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist riesig und war beheizt.Die Hofeinfahrt ist steil und für größere Autos ziemlich eng, aber das ist eben der grandiosen Hanglage geschuldet. Wegen Problemen mit Wildschweinen, muss der Hausmüll selber unten in der Stadt in öffentliche Container entsorgt werden, die stehen aber reichlich an der Straße zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein wunderbar schöner Ort und Vermieter und Verwalterin kümmern sich hervorragend um alle Anliegen.

Great house in a really superb location. All rooms have a magnificent sea view. The facilities in the house leave nothing to be desired. The pool is huge and was heated. The driveway is steep and quite narrow for larger cars, but that's just because of the magnificent hillside location. Due to problems with wild boars, household waste must be disposed of in public containers in the town below, but there are plenty of these available along the road. Overall, a wonderfully beautiful place and the landlord and manager take excellent care of all concerns.

The house is great for a large family. We had lunch and dinner at the garden level, which meant we could let the children have their naps and sleep upstairs. The pool is perfectly safe for children and has a view... Yes, we have to mention the view... what can we say, it's simply magnificent at any time of day (and there are no power lines! Incredible). Un endroit de rêve pour se détendre et se ressourcer
Cette magnifique villa sur 2 niveaux avec de spacieuses terrasses et une très belle piscine est un havre de paix, un splendide balcon sur la Méditerranée. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour avec nos 2 couples d’enfants et notre petite fille de 8 mois. L’espace à disposition garantissait à chacun une belle intimité donnant sur d’agréables zones communes. Les propriétaires ont été d’une très grande amabilité et ont parfaitement été secondés par une Intendante très sympathique et attentionnée. En résumé, un lieu et des bailleurs à recommander.

A dream place to relax and recharge your batteries.
This magnificent 2-storey villa with spacious terraces and a beautiful swimming pool is a haven of peace, a splendid balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. We had a very pleasant stay here with our 2 pairs of children and our 8-month-old daughter. The space available provided everyone with privacy as well as pleasant communal areas. The owners were extremely friendly and were ably assisted by a very sympathetic and attentive housekeeper. In short, a place to stay and owners to recommend.

Das Meer erreicht man in 10 Min. Und auch Ausflüge in kleine Ortschaften sind super von hier aus zu machen. Wir waren alle rundum glücklichen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

The house is very lovingly furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. It is a place to feel good with a beautiful pool that invites you to swim. You can reach the sea in 10 minutes, and excursions to small towns are also great from here. We were all very happy and can only recommend the house.

The house corresponds to the descriptions in previous reviews and is extremely clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped! The pool is fantastic! Claire, the manager of the house, is super organised and reliable - every message is answered promptly and competently. Marie, the landlady, is also incredibly keen to give holidaymakers a stress-free start to their holiday and provides all the necessary information online before arrival. Ein tolles Haus mit warmen Pool im Frühling
Wir können diese Villa mit dem wirklich tollen und warmen Pool bestens weiterempfehlen. Der Pool war Dank der Wärmepumpe und des guten Wetters so warm, dass unsere Jungs teilweise bis zu 4 Stunden im Pool gespielt haben. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was wir benötigt haben. Der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind wirklich ein Traum. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern Marie und Olivier wie auch zu Claire, welche die Übergabe mit uns gemacht, war sehr nett. Vielen Dank für diese tollen 2 Wochen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

A great house with a warm pool in springtime
We can highly recommend this villa with the really great and warm pool. The pool was thanks to the heat pump and the good weather so warm that our boys have sometimes played up to 4 hours in the pool. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The view and the surroundings are really a dream. The contact with the landlords Marie and Olivier as well as with Claire, who welcomed us, was very nice. Thank you for these great 2 weeks, we will be happy to come back.

Magnificent property, ideally located. Functional furnishings. Uninterrupted view of the Gulf. Little noise pollution. Beautiful swimming pool. 2 totally independent floors, allowing you to enjoy your independence with pleasure and gather around aperitifs a la plancha or a good barbecue. Nothing to complain about. The manager was available to answer all our questions and was very responsive.

Un petit coin de paradis
Nous venons de passer 15 jours idylliques aux Issambres. Après des échanges chaleureux avec les propriétaires, avant et pour la finalisation de la réservation, nous avons été reçus sur place par Claire, très chaleureusement également, avec une bouteille de champagne au frais nous attendant ! La maison était en tout point conforme à la description, sauf la vue… bien plus belle encore en « live » que sur les photos du site de réservation!!! La maison est confortable et particulièrement bien pourvue d’absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Et le jardin est magnifique. Par ailleurs, le pisciniste passant 2 fois par semaine nous a toujours garanti une eau de qualité, point essentiel en cette période estivale particulièrement chaude. Enfin, le site web dédié à la maison et ses environs, mis en place par les propriétaires et très bien conçu, offre une mine d’informations pratiques. Il s’est avéré très utile pour trouver les réponses à toutes nos questions, distractions comme restauration, avec les cartes automatiques pour nous guider, en plus. Quinze jours de séjour paradisiaque donc, et la note de 10/10 est amplement méritée !

A little piece of paradise
We've just spent 15 idyllic days at Les Issambres. After a warm chat with the owners before and during the booking process, we were welcomed on site by Claire, who also gave us a very warm welcome, with a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us! The house was exactly as described, except for the view... which was even more beautiful in real than in the photos on the booking website! The house is comfortable and particularly well-equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. We lacked nothing. And the garden is magnificent. What's more, the swimming pool technician who came twice a week always to check the quality of the water ,which is essential during this particularly hot summer period. Finally, the website dedicated to the house and the surrounding area, set up by the owners and very well designed, offers a wealth of practical information. It proved very useful to find the answers to all our questions, from entertainment to restaurants, with automatic maps to guide us. So we had a heavenly fortnight's stay, and the 10/10 score is richly deserved!

Il faudrait être bien difficile pour ne pas se sentir bien dans votre maison. Dès l’entrée, la vue est magnifique dans le calme d’un environnement de verdure. On sent la maison habitée avec le mobilier simple ,élégant ,confortable ,les accessoires décoratifs,la jolie vaisselle. L’on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Les lits sont excellents et les rangements en nombre. La piscine chauffée de belles dimensions nous a tous enchantés ainsi que les jeux(ping-pong, baby-foot, etc…). Même le concert vespéral des grenouilles ne nous a pas déplu. Nous sommes donc tous rentrés heureux de ce séjour pleins d’ images de la region et de votre si belle et agréable villa.

You'd have to be pretty picky not to feel right at home in your house. From the moment you enter, the view is magnificent in the calm of the green surroundings. The simple, elegant, comfortable furnishings, decorative accessories and pretty crockery make the house feel lived-in. You'll find everything you need. The beds are excellent and there is plenty of storage space. We were all delighted by the large heated swimming pool and the games (table tennis, table football, etc.). We even enjoyed the evening concert by the frogs. We all returned home happy from our stay, full of images of the region and of your so beautiful, pleasant villa.

Excellent!! Best Family trip ever.
We stayed at this beautiful property for 1 month and I don’t have the words to describe how happy we were with our entire stay. From beginning to end it was truly enjoyable at every turn. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful in all situations and questions and more than accommodating. The home is everything the pictures show and the view simply cannot be captured as well as it looks in person. We would sit out every morning and early evening on the top deck watching the yachts go by and marvel at how lovely the view was. The pool was perfect for the kids to play and ourselves to cool off after a daily walk down the hill to town. The local area is wonderful with easy access to St Maxime and St Tropez and Provence. We also easily took day trips to Monaco and Nice and enjoyed many beach days nearby. Plenty of great local restaurant options and so many great beaches and beach clubs to explore. The people in Les Issambres and the nearby area are so friendly and welcoming and we truly had the best trip. The villa is everything advertised and I highly recommend!

We really had a great vacation in this house. Unique is the great sea view that you can enjoy from the upper terrace as well as from the lower terrace and the pool. The rooms are lovingly and tastefully decorated - we felt very comfortable! The small village "les Issambres" is also very nice and you can find everything you need there. De woning ligt op een mooie rustige locatie. Vanuit alle kamers is er een prachtig zicht. De woning is onderverdeeld in 2 ingerichte delen met aparte keuken en living. Handig als je grotere kinderen hebt. Zowel strand, stad als ongerepte natuur zijn binnen de 10 minuten bereikbaar met de auto.

The house is in a nice quiet location. There is a beautiful view from all rooms. The house is divided into 2 parts with separate kitchen and living room. Very convenient if you have older children. Both beach, city and unspoilt nature are within 10 minutes by car.

Wir haben im Haus von Marie zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Besonders das obere Stockwerk hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist etwas dunkler als die obere, was aber sicherlich ein Vorteil im Sommer ist, da es hier immer etwas kühler ist als oben. Ansonsten gibt es oben aber auch Klimageräte, die wir im April noch nicht zum Kühlen benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Marie und Claire, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne direkt auch im Herbst wiedergekommen, aber leider ist das Haus schon belegt. Vielleicht im Sommer!

We spent two really nice weeks in Marie's house. The heated pool and the view are fantastic. We especially liked the upper floor. The flat on the lower floor is a bit darker than the one upstairs, but this is certainly an advantage in summer, as it is always a bit cooler here than upstairs. Otherwise, there are air conditioners upstairs, which we didn't need for cooling in April. The communication with Marie and Claire, who looks after the house on site, was always nice and helpful. We would have liked to come back in autumn, but unfortunately the house is already occupied. Maybe in the summer!

Ein wirklich schönes Anwesen, perfekt ausgestattet, außerordentlich sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die hier gezeigten Bilder des Meeresblickes geben kaum die Realität wieder; ‚In echt‘ einfach atemberaubend und alleine deshalb eine Reise wert. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, beheizt und vor allem nicht einsehbar. Beide Stockwerke sind mit Schlafzimmern, Küchen und Bädern ausgestattet, so dass zwei Familien auch gut für sich alleine sein können, wenn gewünscht. Mehrere Grillmöglichkeiten, Tischtennisplatte (plus Zubehör) und viele Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden. Die Fahrt zum Anwesen ist sehr einfach und vor allem -trotz der Höhenlage- sicher (breite Zufahrtsstraße). Die Gastgeber Marie und Olivier haben bereits vor der Buchung sehr schnell geantwortet und nach der Buchung eine hervorragende Website mit allen notwendigen Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt (u.a. mit den Zugangsdaten WiFi, Anfahrtsbeschreibung, Entsorgungsplan, Service, Freizeittipps usw.). Vor Ort kümmert sich bei Bedarf die sehr sympathische und zuvorkommende Claire um die Fragen der Gäste, empfängt diese und reagierte innerhalb von Minuten auf Nachrichten. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Dreamlike
A truly beautiful property, perfectly equipped, exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated. The pictures of the sea view shown here of the sea view hardly reflect reality; 'in real' simply breathtaking and worth a trip for that reason alone. The pool is very heated and above all not visible. Both floors are equipped with bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms, so that two families can also be well to themselves if desired. Several barbecue facilities, table tennis table (plus accessories) and many board games available. The drive to the property is very easy and above all -despite the altitude- safe (wide access road). The hosts Marie and Olivier responded very quickly even before the booking and provided an excellent website with all the necessary information after the booking (including access data WiFi, directions, disposal plan, service, leisure tips, etc.). On site, if needed, the very friendly and accommodating Claire takes care of guests' questions, welcomes them and responded to messages within minutes. Very much looking forward to coming back!

Azurview est une splendide villa pleine de charme avec une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. L'environnement, la vue sur la mer, les terrasses et jardin sont magnifiques. Avec des enfants, nous avons apprécié la piscine sécurisée par un portail - et chauffée à 25°C environ. Maison très bien équipée pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis avec des jeux ( table de ping-pong, babyfoot), tous les équipements indispensables au plaisir des repas (plancha, barbecue, vaisselles colorées...). Rien à redire sur la literie / Lave-linge et sèche-linge à disposition. Bref séjour réussi !

The surroundings, sea views, terraces and garden are magnificent. With children, we loved the swimming pool, which is secured by a gate and heated to around 25°C. The house is very well equipped for spending quality time with family and friends, with games (table tennis, table football) and all the equipment you need for enjoyable meals (griddle, barbecue, colourful crockery, etc.). Nothing to complain about in terms of bedding / Washing machine and tumble dryer available. In short, a successful stay!

Malgré quelques moments de pluie, notre séjour entre amis s’est très bien passé. La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable. La literie est super confortable ! Se lever le matin et voir cette vue splendide est très apaisant. La piscine est bien chauffée et grande. Nous avons le choix pour manger dehors, 2 terrasses au choix, une en haut ( notre préféré) et une en bas. Les environs sont justes magnifiques, de superbes paysages au bord de mer, de belles promenades ! Séjour ressourçant à refaire sans hésiter !

Despite a few moments of rain, our stay with friends went very well. The house is very well equipped and very pleasant. The bedding is super comfortable! Waking up in the morning and seeing this splendid view is very soothing. The pool is well heated and large. We had the choice of eating outside, 2 terraces to choose from, one upstairs (our favourite) and one downstairs. The surroundings are just magnificent, superb landscapes by the sea, beautiful walks! A rejuvenating stay to be repeated without hesitation!

Des vacances entre amis très réussies ! Un cadre magnifique ! Pas de vis à vis, une vue mer panoramique. L'agencement de la maison est très original avec en haut et en bas (cuisine tout équipée immense pour les cuisiniers + salon) soit deux espaces pour petits et grands ou un seul espace au rez de chaussée où se réunir dans la salle à manger, le salon ou sur la terrasse vue mer plein Sud accompagnée de sa plancha pour un petit barbecue, des burgers ou de bons petits plats ! L'ameublement est très contemporain avec un décor maison de plage. Les deux chambres du bas possèdent chacunes leur salle de bain et toilette privative. Les deux chambres du haut partagent une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et wc séparé. Notre chambre en haut était équipée d'un lit double avec grand dressing et une vue mer idyllique. Toutes les chambres donnent d'ailleurs sur la mer. La literie est très confortable. Quant à la piscine face à la mer, assez grande pour des longueurs ou une pool party avec ses lumières lors des utilisations nocturnes. En somme, de belles vacances et la découverte d'une très belle région dans cette magnifique maison.

A very successful vacation with friends! A magnificent setting! Not overlooked, with a panoramic sea view. The layout of the house is highly original, with two areas upstairs and downstairs (a fully-equipped kitchen for cooks + a living room), or a single area on the ground floor where you can gather in the dining room, the living room or on the terrace with its south-facing sea view and plancha for a barbecue, burgers or delicious meals! The furnishings are very contemporary, with a beach house decor. Each of the two downstairs bedrooms has its own private bathroom and toilet. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Our upstairs bedroom had a double bed with a large dressing room and an idyllic sea view. In fact, all the rooms overlook the sea. The bedding is very comfortable. As for the pool facing the sea, it's big enough for laps or a pool party, with its lights when used at night. All in all, a wonderful vacation and the discovery of a beautiful region in this magnificent house.

Just fell in love with this Villa and the area as soon as we arrived ! Stunning views, beautiful villa and garden, amazing pool! We spent a week here and didn’t want to leave! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa très agréable et qui a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Ce qui est extraordinaire, c’est la vue magnifique sur la mer de toutes les pièces (y compris des lits, par ailleurs très confortables), elle nous prend et on ne peut plus s’en détacher ! La piscine est superbe et nous y avons passé d’excellents moments. Le quartier est calme, à proximité des commerces et des plages des Issambres. C’est l’endroit parfait pour des vacances réussies, avec des propriétaires soucieux du bien-être de leurs clients et nous attendons avec impatience d’y retourner ! Bref, nous recommandons sans modération !

We had a wonderful stay in this very pleasant villa, which has been tastefully renovated both inside and outside. What is extraordinary is the magnificent view of the sea from all the rooms (including the beds, which are otherwise very comfortable); it takes hold of you and you can't take your eyes off it! The pool is superb, and we had a great time there. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the shops and the beaches of Les Issambres. It's the perfect place for a successful vacation, with owners who care about the well-being of their guests, and we look forward to returning! In short, we recommend it without moderation!

La maison correspond exactement au descriptif et aux photos du site. C’est une maison très agréable, facile à vivre, où chacun conserve néanmoins son intimité, donc idéale pour les grandes familles. Le lieu est calme, parfait pour passer des vacances détente. La vue mer est extraordinaire, de toutes les pièces de la maison, des terrasses et même de la piscine, on ne s’en lasse pas. Les équipements sont top – des bains de soleil pour toute la famille, un barbecue + une plancha, des lits d’excellente qualité (toute la famille a très bien dormi ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas). Ajoutez à cela une propriétaire attentionnée et très réactive et vous aurez la recette de vacances parfaites. Nous recommandons fortement et reviendrons très prochainement !

It's a very pleasant house, easy to live in, where everyone nevertheless retains their privacy, making it ideal for large families. The location is quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The sea view is extraordinary, from every room in the house, from the terraces and even from the swimming pool, you can't get enough of it. The facilities are top-notch - sun loungers for the whole family, a barbecue + plancha, beds of excellent quality (the whole family slept very well, which is not always the case). Add to this an attentive and very responsive owner and you have the recipe for a perfect vacation. We highly recommend it and will be back very soon!

Superbe villa tout à fait conforme au descriptif, beaucoup de charme, très propre, et dans un environnement calme et très agréable. Une vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez, encore mieux que sur les photos, de toutes les pièces de la maison, des terrasses et de la piscine. Se réveiller et voir la mer de son lit, quel paradis ! Une grande piscine plein sud et toujours au soleil complète ce cadre idéal pour un séjour où nous fûmes très bien accueillis. Le contact avec les propriétaires, aux petits soins, a toujours été très agréable. Nous recommandons fortement cette villa et y reviendrons pour nos prochaines vacances !

Superb villa exactly as described, very charming, very clean, and in a quiet, very pleasant environment. An exceptional view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, even better than in the photos, from every room in the house, the terraces and the pool. To wake up and see the sea from your bed, what a paradise! A large swimming pool facing south and always in the sun completes this ideal setting for a stay where we were very well received. Our contact with the owners, who take great care of us, was always very pleasant. We highly recommend this villa and will be back for our next vacation !

Très belle villa avec vue imprenable sur la mer. La décoration et l'équipement de la villa sont d'excellente qualité et tout le nécessaire est à disposition, tout le monde y trouve son compte ( des plus petits avec une bibliothèque bien fournie, jeux de société, de l'espace, en passant par les ados qui peuvent bénéficier d'un espace qui leur est dédié au rez de jardin avec à disposition enceinte, lumières etc et enfin les adultes pour qui la configuration de la maison et son équipement sont idéaux avec deux terrasses et possibilité de cuisiner à l'extérieur). L'espace piscine est également très agréable. Une très bonne adresse et les propriétaires ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueillis sont d'une très grande gentillesse et veillent à ce que leurs hôtes soient pleinement satisfaits.

The villa's decoration and furnishings are of excellent quality, and everything you need is available, so there's everything for everyone (from the little ones, with their well-stocked library, board games and space, to teenagers, who can enjoy their own space on the garden level, with speakers, lights, etc., and finally adults, for whom the house's configuration and furnishings are ideal, with two terraces and the possibility of cooking outside). The pool area is also very pleasant. A very good address and the owners and the person who welcomed us are very kind and make sure that their guests are fully satisfied.
